DPVN1-6CS-21Y-600

The DPVN1 is CITEL's new series of type 1+2 SPDs for Photovoltaic. Based on CITEL's patented CTC Technology, the DPVN1 incorporates a thermosensitive separation point placed at the center of the SPD guaranteeing the safest disconnection on the market. The products are designed to be mounted on a DIN rail. Compact and equipped with a failure indicator, these products are easy to install and maintain.

Installation

DS60VGPV-1500G/51 surge protector is connected in parallel on the DC network 

  • The total length of parallel connection wires to DC network must be lower than 0.5 m in order not to increase the protection level (Up) provided by the SPD.
  • Wiring is made by screw connections. On some models, a distribution bus can be used.
  • The protection wire coming from the SPD must be connected to the bonding bar of the electrical panel. Paralleling the protection wire with phases conductors must be avoided.
  • Local earthing resistance must be in compliance with the electrical rules.
